And to many other undergraduate and graduate programs in various fields: economics, finance, logistics, environmental studies, fashion, medicine, public policy, data science, education, and more.

Preparing applications is about choosing the right stories and telling them in a compelling way
Our work begins with in-person meetings to understand your life story and define an application strategy that could only be yours.
We then move on to frequently exchanging your application materials. I will give you feedback so that you progressively improve them with each of my reviews.
Here is the step-by-step process:
1
Glad to Meet You!
Let’s talk about your story, your professional path and why you want to study abroad. I will also explain about the application process and indicate schools that meet your objectives.
This first meeting also lets us get to know each other and see if we would be a good fit working together on your applications.

2
Application
Strategy
We will define a strategic game plan to guide you in producing your applications. We will come to know what influences have determined your life path so far and plot a future professional path that could only be followed by you.
3
CV
A university application CV is radically different from a CV that you would use to apply for a job. With the support of my materials and with my feedback, you will compose a CV that will impress admissions committee members.
4
Essays and
Personal Statements
We will uncover the most meaningful moments of your life, those which explain how you came to be the person and the professional that you are today. My revisions will challenge your reasoning so that you can make your story impactful and convincing. The essays are the heart of the admissions process — here is where we’ll change the game for you.
5
Recommendation Letters
We will consider the best choices for people to recommend you, and select the ones who will most authentically provide proof of your great achievements so far.

6
Other Materials
Videos, presentations, research projects, application forms — I can revise any of your application materials, no matter what specific formats the schools are requiring this year.
7
Interviews
I will help you prepare for the fundamental questions of an admissions interview. We will also practice responding to individual school’s known specific interview methods (MIT and Harvard, for instance).
8
Final Steps
Choosing the school you will attend from among the acceptances you receive, writing scholarship application essays, managing your waitlist status — I can help you with any of these final efforts.

9
Pre-MBA Career Planning
Recruiting efforts for summer internships usually begin two or three months into the MBA program.
Check out my work in career counseling. If you are still confused about your career goals, it might be good to work with me to design a career plan before heading out to your MBA program.

Several materials support you throughout the aforementioned steps.
They help you turn each blank page into cornerstones of your application.
My role is to be thought-provoking, so that your ideas flourish and the narrative of the most significant moments of your life gains a structure.
The partnership we establish is transformative. Together we can:
Develop a strategy that lays the foundation for creating distinctive applications
Ensure that all your essay content is carefully aligned with this strategy
Make certain that your applications reflect the unique person behind your essays
How will we build these application stories together?
Choosing me as your admissions consultant takes you along a different path from others.
I advise a limited number of clients each year, keeping myself available and close to those who look for warm and personalized assistance with frequent interaction.
Serving a limited number of clients also enables me to continue working in other fields, such as clinical psychology and career counseling, which sharpens my ability to listen to and un-cover people’s stories.
I don’t work with a pre-set package of services.
Of all the steps I have listed above, you can choose which ones we will take together.
In fact, it’s common for a client to require more assistance at some stages and not at others. Some prefer to have more in-person meetings to discuss their strategy and career goals; others prefer to focus on their essays. I will adapt to your individual needs.
And while I will always indicate to you what I think your next step should be, you will always have the final word. For instance, we can begin by tackling Harvard’s application. If you find my contributions useful, we can move on to MIT. Afterwards, if you wish, I can help you approach Columbia.
In short, you can feel free to ask for my assistance whenever, and only if, you feel like it.

I am extremely accessible, available for addressing any doubts or to discuss new ideas with you. You will always speak directly to me. You can call me or contact me on WhatsApp anytime. You can drop in just for coffee if you’re near my office.
You will not feel alone or neglected at any moment throughout the entire process
Usefulness
My method for critiquing your admissions is really objective, I work to get you accepted to the schools you choose. Usually, I make so many comments on each revision that it may seem overwhelming, but my goal is for you to find my contributions useful. After you compare the first and final versions of your essays, you will always clearly see the improvement.
The idea is that I will be by your side during the intense months of your applications.
This is my commitment to you.

As admissions processes are all about telling stories, let me share with you some of mine
My first job, after earning my bachelor’s degree in business at FGV, was in strategy consulting. There, everyone around me either already had or planned to pursue an MBA. I, however, was gradually distancing myself from corporate world.
I spent hours reading Virginia Woolf, F. Scott Fitzgerald, and other big names in literary fiction. I was writing short stories and spending much of my time considering a career move into psychology or literature, which I would eventually accomplish, but years later.
In the meantime, my best friends started applying to MBA programs and asked me for my feedback on their essays. For me, it was easy to help them. I knew their stories; I had been part of them. The initial results were great: they got into the University of Chicago, Wharton, Stanford, MIT, and NYU. My friends became enthusiastic and we all soon agreed that advising applicants could be a fulfilling job for me.
All this happened back in 2010, and today, I still support each of my clients as much as I did with my friends in the beginning. I try to get to know my clients well, in order to discover the major stories that will make the difference in their applications.
Since I began, my clients have been accepted at Harvard, MIT, Columbia, Insead… My story began with me helping my friends. Now I get to meet many new ones, as I support people who will go on to study and work across the globe.
